Metabase Receives Starkware Grant
Metabase, which runs infrastructure for NFT apps, gaming and metaverse apps on low-cost ecosystems, has successfully received the Starkware grant. Metabase was able to receive this grant for its participation in the Endcode x StarkNet Hackathon which ran this past March.
🏆 Encode x StarkNet Hackathon
The hackathon was a 4-week event focused on StarkNet, serving as an opportunity to show all about StarkNet and the tools, resources and information needed to build with StarkNet. After the competition period, Metabase was chosen as one of the 10 best projects and invited to the project pitching finale event. By becoming a finalist, Metabase was able to secure a grant, which will be used to accelerate product development.
🤔 What is Metabase?
Metabase is a firebase infrastructure for NFT apps, helping to create a ‘no-code’ NFT publishing platform for a variety of creators and platforms. Metabase creates a scalable and reliable infrastructure for creators and companies to integrate NFTs without needing to spend excessive time minting large numbers of NFT or having to deal with complicated cross-chain interoperability.
Also, the Metabase platform allows creators to easily create a large number of NFTs and NFT collections in different ecosystems. Users can still interact with Metabase via traditional Web2 REST API’s while still having full control of their private keys, allowing for scalability of large projects as well as transforming Web2 content to Web3 efficiently.
